I've been to Turkey, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and it was fucking great, when we were traveling through the islands, but when we got back to the hotel/city we felt like in a nursery home... Old people EVERYWHERE. We just went to sleep at 21:00 because there was nothing to do.
Maybe it's because of the season (fall/spring).
How and where do you go on vacation to have some fun, young tits, good music, clubbing ?
Ibiza is very expensive, but is it worth it ?
Mallorca ?
Greece ?
Croatia ?

Any weekend trip to a big city...
It all depends on when and what kind of style you like I guess. Don't have experience so you'll have to do your own research.

If you have the money go to Mykonos, holy fucking shit ...
Or check out the greek island of Crete, it has many interesting locations where the shit hits the fan each summer.

Well, Monte Carlo is on there as well... 
Didn't feel like listing Greece's 534564 party beach locations/islands xD I'm sure he can find cheaper stuff in the vicinity with all the locations I listed.

Yeah, I think I'm the same way, but spending 3 holidays in a row watching naked 70 year olds changes you... Crete/Rhodos sounds nice - go to the beach, sightsee in the day and party in the night.

I would honestly not recommend Ibiza, because that's the other side of the spectrum, in the most extreme and flashiest "wub-wub-y" way, unless you're in your twenties, single, and are willing to spend an entire month's salary in a few days. 
You can find better and cheaper alternatives pretty much anywhere, the three ones that you mentioned are all good, imo (alas I've never had the chance to visit Croatia, if we exclude Vaifan's secret bondage room)
