2nd Encore consists of all DLCs including Robo Fortune, plus new single-player content like voiced Story Mode, Challenges, Survival Mode, etc! exclusively on PS4/Vita , but they're looking into releasing the PS4/Vita content as DLC for PC. Robo-Fortune will be released on all platforms once PS4 ver is out.
I have so not played this game as much as it deserves. Think the fighting is brilliant but I'm just not very good at fighting games and I lack the desire to turn into an ADHD person.
The game itself is absolutely fantastic, easily one of the better SF-style combo-based games out there.. the artwork is incredible, the controls are tight and the response is fluid. Fantastic game - I do hope the Second Encore stuff comes to PC though, it was us that kept the game alive after all the publisher crap, we funded the Indiegogo campaigns, not Sony.
Voiced Story Mode, Trials, Challenges, and Survival have been implemented and tested on PC as a DLC package. We're waiting for some weird "okay" from Valve that we've never had to wait for before.

(Not entirely compatible with modern OS's as it uses a legacy component from older versions of Windows, updated almost weekly though I have no idea what they're actually patching, there's some DLC as well removing a little bit of censorship and adding extra characters.)
Some people on the forum are complaining about it too, some see -50% and others see -33%, either way.. they're *timed* savings which further function as monetary blackmail. Don't buy the addon this instant? Pay substantially more than the base game later! Ahahaha!

Same, no point in paying for it now when it will end up in some bundle of big discount down the road. They did kind of shaft most of the previous owners even with the discount.
well the 2nd encore edition is 25 bucks on Sony platforms .... so i guess the price for this was to much up that price (sony payed for the additions so steam cant be cheaper than them) as base game is 10bucks on steam + 15bucks 2nd Encore
... butr yeah definitely not paying 10bucks for it personally (maybe later to support Indivbisible)
