Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

First one has 53138 Power on Hours and the second one has 67476.
That equals to about 6 and 7.7 years lol

But why do they have to start failing at the same time >.< Got better things to do with my money than be buying some HDDs!

make a backup of important data and only store shit on them, they might not even fail completely within the next months/years but wouldnt risk it. what about the complete smart values? post them and i can say more about it

Have been too lazy to run it, let's just say the Disk 3 fails on Smart Short in about 4 seconds lol

Extended test takes hours Sad

Haha I was running in the danger zone for awhile back there, like 6 months, and only last month I finally got another drive for mirror...

Would have been epic tragic loss to lose that data.

so far no problem, just 1 pending sector which hasnt been reallocated yet. harddrives have spare space for such errors, it will just dont use that sector anymore and instead one of the extra ones. error should be gone from alone in a few hours / days

but i still would watch that, if it gets reallocated normally and no other defect sectors come up everything is fine

Just buy a new HDD, instead of still using those crappy old drives with nearly 100k hours of usage time. Laughing

doesnt matter, one of my drives has 70k hours, the others 50k and 30k. not a single failure. if they fail they most likely fail waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay before reaching nearly 10k

in that case: plz use the dos tool from wd (just dl ultimatebootcd and boot that) and do a complete scan. takes ages, but might reallocate the sectors. still wouldnt put very important stuff on that drive
