After 13 hours I finished the DLC. Was so good,loved the driving. 
Ending:
 Spoiler: | MY GOD!!! Why do they gotta make those kind of choices at the end?
Sacrifice yourself and kill the people in the infected area with a nuke OR decline to do that and in return get turned in to a volatile and infect a new area.
Great choices there guys.

I lost my saves from dying light.
Anybody got some so i can start the DLC?
EDIT: Grabbed saves from the other page there but copying them over doesn't seem to work.
Any insight?

i`d rather not install Tunngle to play with someone sitting right next to me,doing these free Appid shenanigans is painful enough

Play the new one through the prologue. Once it tells you that you've finished the prologue and it makes a save, it will work copying yours over.

And finished. Took me nearly 20 hours on Hard, doing every mission i found.
Most of the mission were located on the other side of the map most of the time though. Stretching the gametime by quite a bit.
The buggy was a very nice addition to the gameplay.
Went with the "Bullshit" ending. Was pretty nice, compared to the other ending i watched on Youtube. Also this time you have a real boss fight, not some QTE.

I just picked up a vanilla copy of this for $15 (albeit on PS4). Is that a good deal? Game has kind of stayed under my radar but when I saw that prie I had to grab it.

nothing ever on ps4 is a good deal... if you want that kind of validation, oh boy.. you are totally in the wrong part of town, friend... 
game is fantastic though... just wish you were playing it on a real mans system.

So I played the vanilla game and completed it but uninstalled it a while ago. I want to play the expansions now but I don't want to start with a character that is level 1. Is there any way level up my character without doing it manually?

I believe the only way could be to use someone else's savegame. Fable has posted his here  (RLD release), alternatively: http://www.nexusmods.com/dyinglight/mods/149/?
