First COD completed since MW and I enjoyed it. The game didn't run well but with some tweaks was steady. The MP is really fun for me due to lack of cheaters so far.
I know this makes me a filthy casual but i surprisingly enjoyed this one.
Lack of cheaters was playing last night with a pair of people in group mode, level 382.......
I played the nightmare campaign mode and it was most enjoyable, it does get quite hard to do as well later on. Not played the normal campaign though, I think the nightmare one swaps humans out for zombies or something? Zombies everywhere in it anyhow.

For today's mainstream gaming target audience something like this is probably the closest thing they'll get to real combat for several years.
(Army service / recruitment starts around what, age 16 - 17 years or so which means around 10 years. )
EDIT: Come to think of it I believe GTA 5 was in the news here some weeks back because so many school kids played it at home and then emulated that behavior in school.
