Not sure about new companion (never checked it out) but all the dungeons are included - I personally completed all of them in RELOADED version till the very end.

* Mass Heal - Heals all monsters on the same tile.
Pacification - Apply .Sleeping. condition to the targeted
character.
* Piercing Strike - Every successful strike has a chance to ignore a
part of the targeted character.s armor value. Always applied with a
critical strike.
* Unstoppable Strike - Melee block attempts will always fail and the
block chance value is reduced. |

well i meant the Meow Dungeon (Uplay Reward) , Sana the Archmage (Uplay reward) and Dream Shard Dungeon (deluxe ed. bonus)
as for DLC i know they are activated , but not those 3 i mentioned above

As I said, RELOADED release do include all those dungeons. Oh and BTW I do remember that companion now - Sana is a djinnie from a Lamp, right? So that companion is also included.
