Wow. That was some crappy trailer and the voice actor for the woman doesn't fit the character at all.
Gameplay might still be fun. Can't tell after that trailer.
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"
So disable them. This is why I am who the fuck cares about such effects in such an arcadish little game. Waste of money time and effort.

Right. Disable them. Because the onus for great gameplay should be on the customer and not the developer, apparently. Rather than telling people to disable the effects that cripple performance, why don't you tell nVidia to stop being thieves and actually work on making those effect perform properly?

No, I just want games that run properly and don't have features shoehorned in that artificially cripple performance on all but the highest end nVidia ("The Way It's Meant To Be Paid®") bullshit card.
She only have 1 arm. The other is a robotic arm, you can see it in the previous trailer. We can see the "attachment" for the arm. So I guesss that she either lost it or you can find new one or something
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM INTERCEPTOR ENTERTAINMENT
Dear Bombshell fans,
We’re so honored and encouraged by all the incredible support you’ve show us over the years - especially these last few months leading up to Bombshell’s launch. Meeting so many of you at incredible events like QuakeCon and PAX has been a dream come true for a small team like ours!
Over the last several weeks, we’ve been exhaustively testing Bombshell to get it ready for ship. Unfortunately, and honestly, the game isn’t entirely bug free at this point. Our first instinct was to just get this puppy out-the-door, and that we could fix the remaining issues with a quick patch after launch. But within ten seconds we realized that’s no way to treat paying fans of our games.
As painful as this is to say, we’ve made the command decision to move our release date out a bit. This will give us the time to polish the game that we know you all deserve, and the team here is raring to put in the hours necessary and get sh*t done! Bombshell will release on Windows PC on both Steam and GOG.com on January 29, 2016. We’ll be offering two packages - the Standard Edition for $34.99 USD, and a Digital Deluxe Edition for $39.99 USD (though prices may vary by territory). What’s inside the Digital Deluxe Edition is detailed in the image below:
Spoiler:
We’re so fortunate to be working with such understanding partners at 3D Realms who support our vision and creativity. We all want to get this game into your hands just as badly as you do, and we truly appreciate all your continued support as we polish this bomb-shell up!
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
