So normally even if it isn't sold anymore they'll supposedly try to get you the key. Rarely do they have to refund. According to this moderator. FYI obviously since these posts were made, the season pass is back in the store.
I also can't see any of the RU tags you were talking about earlier. None of the games are marked with region specifics.

Very rarely do I see the RU tag.
Surfing GMG with hola, I found an example, this one:

See it says RU specifically even in the URL.
A problem is if GMG aren't good at tagging their games properly, and that we'll end up with the wrong key anyway based on us shopping from the Russian storefront. But what Bob said about him buying ROW keys without problem could mean there's a fair chance it'll work.
Something else that is interesting with regards to the Season pass for Fallout 4.
Russian Steam Store Price:

GMG Store Price:
ru Russian Ruble 2019.39p.

So, as i never got a region locked key from russian GMG so far, i thought of something:
I always disable the VPN before typing in my creditcard details. So i guess GMG just checks the geolocation after sending out the order.
This information in their FAQ also confirms my thought:

I can confim the same. I activated FO4 from Russian storefront. If it is a placeholder that transforms into a RU key on release, I don't know, but for now it is titled "Fallout 4" not Fallout 4 RU for example.

This is what I fear is the case. We will see. If it is indeed not playable on release day, I will isodemo for sure.

Gonna buy a key too from russian GMG.
If it really gets transformed into a locked version at release or later, well meh. Just gonna play the isodemo too for the time. Hoping that after 3 months it transformed into a region free version .
