You know, Dragnet was before my time so I never really got the chance to watch it then - and I consider it too dated to really enjoy today (it's just that kind of middle dated that isn't quite "retro" or "classic" enough yet, like the old 40s/50s B&W shows) but holy shit if that wasn't an epic speech. It's true as well, we all think we're the disenfranchised generation, the hard done by ones, then we grow up and see the next generation and they're just the same... only each subsequent generation (in civilised 1st world areas like NA/EU/etc) actually has it measurably better than the previous one, for innumerable reasons.

Eh? I'd say Chris is pretty crazy too if you read his accusations - but he makes it pretty darn personal.
Smart is batshit insane, but what he's saying and asking isn't unreasonable. The project is deeply worrying and very few seem to be speaking out about it... it's already a year past due and is likely at least another year before anything truly substantial is shown. Many have voiced their concerns that the scope of the project is simply too large to be feasible and now anonymous employees, past and present, are coming forward with their concerns too.

Abu Hamza, on the other hand, that's a sort of case where "free speech" should have been a privilege, not a right. He stood in towns and screamed for blood and death to English people for years.. he called for death and slaughter and abuse to white English non-Muslims.. and was given houses and benefits packages for it.

Roberts response doesn't include any facts. It's just a giant personal rant back. He doesn't address the issues at all. Further, saying employees shouldn't say stuff like that and that they shouldn't work for RSI if that is what they are saying is the response of a madman. You can tell he's a horrible person to work for and micromanages everything.
Completely agreed. He may have made spectacular games, but there are far too many complaints about his work ethics and general personality to just discount as "lies" or "disgruntled ex-staff"
