This is one of those games that I played with zero expectations, and ended up being surprised by its utter, glorious insanity. The gameplay consists in fairly simple punching 'n pewing, but the level design and writing (if you like Deadpool's humour) are absolutely spot-on xD

started playing it today. damn the game runs fantastic on a 970.
4K downsampling+4x SGSSAA and its constant 60fps.
combat is kinda derpy, but the jokes make it worthwhile.

It ran at its best even for me, so that's not really surprising.
See, I never understood why people said the combat in this is not very good. I found it to be really well done, easily one of the best "Arkham clones", while also adding its own flair.
And yeah, I absolutely loved this game as well.

Like I said when I first played it this is 2013's best game script. IMOOOOOOOO.

2013's best script by far BioShock am cry.
The more I play, the more I like this game. Even the graphics get better after the first couple of levels (seriously sewers??  )

Depends what Deadpool you follow. I'm a huuuuge Joe Kelly (original) and I even have the 1150 page omnibus collection. The game was just absolutely shit in it's humor and Deadpool personality.
Voice cting is shit. Gameplay is mediocre grind fest of button mashing. GFX suck dick. That shitty Wolverine game that came out years ago had more substance than this. |

And to think that the poor High Moon Studios are now making DLCs for Cowabooty.
It's very true when you think about it, in terms of freedom of artistic expression suddenly 2013 feels like a decade ago. If this game was released today, we'd be swarmed by hashtags targeting its oppressing sense of patriarchy that makes the lives of millions of legbeards unbearable xD

And that happened because Activision decided the games High Moon made (the same ones most people absolutely love and for good reason) are not good enough, they don't make enough profit, the studio's funds must be cut!
