For a while, actor Scoot McNairy generated a lot of hypotheses when he was cast in the film, and many fans spent a considerable amount of time trying to deduct which character he was portraying. When set photos leaked of McNairy wearing green screen socks around his legs, the prevailing belief was he was going to be the Flash – but that was long before Ezra Miller came on board. Now, we may finally know McNairy’s mystery character.
In a new report from Heroic Hollywood, it is claimed that the thespian will portray Jimmy Olsen, who is a well-known figure from the comics (and the Christopher Reeve films). Olsen works at the Daily Planet as a photographer and investigative journalist, and is one of Superman’s best friends. He did not appear (or was even mentioned) in Man of Steel, meaning the door is very much open for him to make an appearance in the new movies.

We've already seen that trailer right? Still unsure if the movie can be good. Superman does the same shit again flies around with heavy shit and Batman.....how can he crush Supermans little dick? It looked ok in the comic movie the 2 part animated stuff. But in this one how can he fuck Superman well he will fuck him through buildings a bit it wont hurt him then the cryptonite arrow and then he could fuck him but doesnt want to and the movie ends. I can smell the 5-7 out of 10 reviews!!!!

Flashbacks, in the movie Bruce has been Batman for a long time. That's why he has Robin's suit on display, Joker killed him years earlier (or not, based on the rumor people were mentioning above).

its not an origin movie, its an establishing movie. the movie will be there to 'introduce' the new take on batman, hence background flashback stuff and a lot of focus on stage setting... so it will FEEL like an origin story without technically being one, im sure.
ugh.. ether way lets just suffer THROUGH this one and get it out of the way so that we can get to the proper batman movie that affleck is directing.
