the thing about paz that confuses me is that they are pushing hard that skull face doesn't exist and that he's actually big boss but that makes the events of ground zeroes make absolutely no fucking sense at all
Ground Zeroes ran OK with a couple of Nvidia enhancements so I'm not too worried unless they tessellate the distant LOD terrain 64x or some such or go overboard with smoke and particle effects via PhysX.
(Hairworks for the dog perhaps?)
EDIT: If anything it'll probably be possible to turn off stuff like PCSS and HBAO+ in the settings menu should that be desired.
(DOF had to be modded though from what I remember and a few other settings were hidden in the packed config files, hopefully it'll be easier with this game.)

In MGSGZ...Didn't Paz died because of explosives inside her body in the helicopter where BB and the glasses guy were at?, she pushed herself off to let BB live and then boom!...OOOOOOFCOURSE "I'm not that Paz you knew,it was a double!,C-C-C-COOOOMBO BREEEEAAAAKEEEEEEERRR!!"...Along with "Oh no, it was my twin, fuck off, i hated her!"
