its utterly random. i started a new game at the start of the new sale day, and went to bed

got up.. no drops. start new game, bam drop. get to level 11, bam drop. then something something, random, another drop, i dont know... heard rumors you get drops by making new games, joining a friends game, and beating level 10... but nothing ever feels reliable... event is trash. i just wanna vote and get my free money, valve Sad
