IGN’s review of the game will be next Friday, so it does appear that either some outlets will receive code earlier than others, or that something else entirely is going on. Kotaku will also have their review live before launch. This was one thing I had speculated about below, and had sent out queries to other writers to find out what they had heard. My other speculation, as noted below, is that the PR agency I’d received this information from was mistaken. It’s possible Forbes will still receive their review copy prior to launch. But it does seem odd to send out some review copies to some publications ahead of launch, and some at launch. I’m not sure what the point would be. If it’s a matter of having to own PS4 debug units in order to review prior to launch (as was the case with Witcher 3) then Xbox One and PC gamers are left in the lurch. That’s also an odd decision, and one I’ve almost never encountered over the past few years until now.
BTW Is it only me or is this game seem so repetitive? The graphics style and gameplay look exactly like two previous games. It's getting a little bit boring.
As far as i'm concerned the game looks better with it off when the batmobiles wheelspinning.
Ditto.
I assume TA in age range from 13 to 20 is the main reason why the devs go full retard and instead of using all this power for good [read: realistic amount of decals, smoke and so on]. It sucks even more knowing that we don't have the ability to customize these Gameworks/Physx effects for our own liking. Which puzzles me greatly, knowing it is a dynamic effect and not a static/prebaked shit.
That nvidia stuff just looks tacked on, its totally unfitting. Marketing blah.
In order to justify its implementation they always go with "the-more-the-merrier" mentality, ignoring the fact that the game goes from Batman to Need for Robin Prostreet all of a sudden
Not to mention the cinematic framerate hit, making your brand new high end card look like it's worthless junk when the only worthless thing is their inability to find a better alternative.
I really hope that the batmobile sections are not forced. That tankmobile just looks shit. I could understand the car in a game like batman gta or smth, where there is a huge map, other cars, civilians on streets etc. But in here it seems it is just same old empty city and they gave you a batmobile just because it looks "cool". And the new gliding system looks bad too, batman is basically flying now, i hope that rest of the gameplay is still good.

The map is bigger so stronger gliding is a fucking good idea. Batmobile is shit in my opinion as well. And the Nvidia water effects look fantastic. Smoke not sure...I would love to just activate the rainshit!
