Does anyone know if its possible to view someones cam while you play?
I would like to have an program that lets me add a small camview in upper corner while I play.
Is this even possible?

Nah, stream is easy. I was more thinking of when I play with my mate it would be nice to see his/her face when they get annihilated by me (or the other way around).
Normal webcam. I think the one ive got is a microsoft one.
It would also (speaking of twitch) be damn cool if it was possible to add more than one camview when you twitch.

Maybe a dual display set-up? On one display you get your gaming done, while on the other you can put whatever you want (you can read, watch movies, work, whatever)

Hmm if your game supports borderless window and you set skype to stay always on top (some sites say it's windows+S), then this should somehow work.

Yeah there is that option - but not all I play with have multiple screens.
Edit: Cant seem to get skype to be ontop of the game window. (xcom in this case)

the only other way i could imagine is that skype on top thing, or use skype and use obs to capture the skype stream and grab that obs stream with vlc / mpchc and put that on top of the borderless windowed (mpchc has the option to stay always on top, think vlc too)

That is one way I suppose - its odd that there is no actual software out there to make it more easy (there might be, but one that any of us have heard about)

Have no clue about such software.
The simplest would indeed be using some video conference/chat software and having it on top of the game.
I remember something that was called camfrog, but skype and I bet a hundred others out there do the same thing.
