Game uses DirectX 11, locked to 30 FPS too and it supports resolution up to at least 1920x1200, unsure about higher though.
(Can choose between English and Japanese text and VO's and keys are fully customizable via a launcher before the game itself starts.)

- Playing windowed in 1920x1080 resolution with VSync OFF is crashing the game.
We're still working on a solution to this, and apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime.
- Players using the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 graphics card have been reporting framerate
issues. We regret to inform that this graphics card is not fully compatible with the game due to
manufacturing issues. This is not something we can fix, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Not really sure what they are on about in regards to the 970, even with the memory partition thing it's a solid card and I don't see this game using 3.5 GB of VRAM.

By the way, I tried the 60fps patch and it's glorious to LOOK at.... but it does, indeed, pretty much break combat  The "undress" command is now almost instant and that REALLY screws up the combat to a gamebreaking degree. Normally you have to hold the attack button (Y, B, A/Triangle, Circle, Cross) to attempt to strip that item of clothing but now, with the 60fps mod, just breathing on the button will trigger it, so to fight normally you have to press the button so quick and light that it's really not playable.
Resolution increase looks amazing though, 4k res (swapping 640x480 for 3840x2160) completely eliminates jaggies.
