If you go with Bt over here its 17.99 for 1meg with a 1 gig a month cap IIRC.
But we do have some that do a better service with no caps, but on the whole the best you can get at a good price is 2meg, but 8meg (and in some places 24) is getting here.....
Upload speed still sucks disk though.

Currently I have 24/1 but within the next week I should get my 30/30 Full Duplex line installed...
Thats gonna cost me about 30€/month. Note though that I do not have the same ISP as the other guys here that gets 100mbit... But those sucksers "only" gets 100/10...
