How would you use that anyway? There doesn't seem to be a hole through it and there's no way to fasten it either unless you duct tape or glue it on, guess it might work as a creepy prop though.
(Guess one could do a Bellman - that's some famous Swedish poet that somehow ended up being used in many strange joke stories first among peasants and now mostly with school children. - with it and have it hanging out of the pants while on a buss or something and when someone asks about it you take a knife and cut it off and toss it out the bus window.)

I am afraid not, the penis needed for his head would be much larger to go with the absurdity of the guy himself.
