My friend and I bought a game but we did not get any Key.
I paid with my PayPal account and we wrote his name in the address field.
It said "detected fraud" so we wrote a ticket.
We sent a Ticket and got a answer back but we cannot log into his account all of a sudden.
We changed his password many times to a new one but are not able to log in.
Dont know what to do now any ideas ?

guess you can't do much but contact their support. never ordered there but most shops got skype or some other chat support these days.
paypal refund will not work as far as i know cause it's nothing "physical" that you bought
Contact paypal and provide them proof that you didn't get anything and request a chargeback.
does this work? even with cd keys? i'm sorry then... thought paypal wouldn't do anything about it.
how to prove anything. he can't prove that they never sent a mail or that there is no cd key in his account... cause he can't login
paypal wont do jackshit! cause its no physical product. lost ~25usd a few years ago with mw2 (had one of the asia batches keys, and that asshole didnt send money back after it got deactivated an paypal did nothing)
