Third person shooter dropped on that island, surviving, stealth, action, hiding using terrain and mud and what else you can use, climbing trees, rocks as for weapons, knife, gun, rifle, bow, xbow, tranq darts, etc. would buy that instantly! If it worked out all right and no shitty QTE actions.

Nice performance improvement from CE5 to CE3. But purely from the graphics i prefer CE3.
CE5 looks rather foggy and also the water looks worse to me at 1:16 of the first video.

Yeah, I felt pretty much exactly the same too -- I *love* the perf jump, and I hope this works retroactively too so that people can port their CE3 projects to CE5 and make use of a substantial perf increase, but I'm not a massive fan of the fogginess and lack of clarity in the CE5 demonstration.
@club4ghz, I'm pretty sure the CRYENGINE 5 one was running Medium Spec. Even though it says Very High spec is selected in Display->Graphics menu trust me it is not. You need to click on Very High again because the engine defaults to Medium spec when you restart it! That's why the CRYENGINE 5 version looks worse because it's not running Very High spec. It's a current bug in the new editor. Use "r_displayinfo 1" in the console and see for yourself next time you restart the editor.
It's quite possible IMO because CE V looks quite a bit worse and the jump in performance is quite big as well.
