Plays like that other adventure game (Experiment 112 I think it was called.) where "you" are basically a nameless person following the protagonist via some type of phone and the camera systems.

Press Spacebar and the game pauses and you can see objects you can interact with, doors, other cameras or clicking on NPC's (Well Guards so far.) to see their name and inventory.

It plays like a stealth game where you guide this young girl and have to avoid guard patrols and other obstacles, can also equip items such as pepper spray to momentarily stun guards.

Some doors can be locked and unlocked and this consumes power so you need to find ways to recharge too, can also hide in locker rooms and pick pockets though I have not used either of these much.
(Can also find codes for doors and other info, certain collectibles tells you more about the weird storyline about this "Republique" which seems like any private school ever to me. Razz )

Unity 5 so it looks pretty good though it's still DX9 so nothing too fancy shader wise but it works and during the gameplay and not the cutscene moments things will be mostly in black & white or gray anyway as you are in interaction mode.

It's also a shame, because the presentation, voice-acting and even the graphics are actually pretty decent. Like JB mentioned, Unity 5 looks nice, considerably better than the original version for toy phones.
The gameplay on the other hand Okay Laughing
It's like the camera-to-camera thingy from Watch Dogs, only with some mouse clicking in the middle. Push-a-buhon-and-the-stealth-happens. Oh well, I was just curious xD

PS4 content was (unexpectedly) released last month as a free update: https://steamcommunity.com/games/317100/announcements/detail/3398424857464575851

Most notably, the PS4 version controlled more like a normal 3rd person game, instead of the weird click-to-move system the game was initially designed with, to make it playable on smartphones.

You will need a gamepad, I understand, to activate this mode.

I might give it a try again, because for me the previous control system was unplayable.
