EDIT:
(I doubt the game scales well enough to run decently on such old generation dual cores, more so with such weak GPU's and Vista plus XP when it requires DX11? yeah, no.)

Don't you love environments you cannot interact with? Chairs you can't kick over, vases you cannot break? Its the best! In MMOs you share the world with others = you cannot really do anything but kill enemies that respawn for the next person to kill.
