My boss gayfriend is fucked. He bought a house in Tunisia some years ago and a couple of weeks ago he got arrested for driving too fast. After going through his stuff they found nude pictures on his mobile and he ended up being arrested for 2 weeks without food (only food they get is from what friends bring). 2 days ago he got his verdict. 2 years in jail (without food) for being homosexual. Wtf?

well, that is crap, but if you move/visit a country, you need to obey their law's. i think i read that a turist was sentenced to 3 years for homosexual activity's. not sure if it was in tunisia.

Not smart as a gay guy to move to a country which is fiercely against gay people ... It's really bad for your friend and it's really incredibly how backward so many countries still are but his only hope now, is that the country where he lives makes an appeal - that is, unless he changed his nationality to being a Tunisian in which case I fear he's screwed.
Fucked up thing is - if he had been a lesbian woman, it would probably have appeared in the newspapers over here.

Or, if you really need to go, really DO research on it before going there(which, taking into account that he bought a house there he did not  ).

Why the fuck were the pigcops going through his mobile phone's personal data? Also, sentenced in prison because of sexual preference? That's what you get for living in SHITHOLES.
I'm not going to any of these fucked up countries ever in my life, they can go get fucked really. I'm at a point in my life that I'm all out of fucks, if the whole of Africa gets eradicated by Ebola, my reaction would be "awww, sucks".

how does getting caught for speeding warrant a search of his phone ? any court would trow that evidence out. unles its kangaroo court and no lawyer ?
