Why Visine? There are those fake tears stuff (green bottle) that people who wear contact lenses use.
I stare at computer 8 hours at work, and then most of the time at home, still all well with the vision

Stop using Visine and invest in something else. It's only good for getting rid of red eyes when you smoke weed it's really not useful against Dry Eyes.
Probably should invest in Lubricant Eye Drops something like

I suffer Dry Eyes some days due to LASIK but I use the stuff I just linked and it works so well.

The air in the room is what is giving you the dryness not screen work.
Look for why by asking questions like do you keep the window open, do you light scented candles or something or do others. For me it was the time of the year and the air dry air in the room that I had the same issues.
Another big one is if you are using desk fans or any fans in the room to keep you cool due to heat where you live etc those are a big one for when constantly turning and blowing in your face will dry the eyes out in no time.

If you have a radiator and it's not close to electrical equipment, put a plastic pitcher full of water on the radiator and let the water evaporate, it will slightly moisturize the air. Works fine for me at work.
