Well my strange memory crash i was getting every 5-10 minutes is now fixed, just finished playing for the last several hours and it's running like a dream. Using the newest patch with everything cranked at 1080 except motion blur and shadows on high. The problem was the textures, had to drop them to medium. Have no idea why. Shitty optimization? Or maybe my gimped 970 just ran outta steam. meh
I have my page file on my ssd, same with the OS and the game. I have it set to 512/1024, i'll try upping it and see. Never had any issues like this before.
The game is HEAVILY biased towards Failtel and Crapvidia. Just look at this ->
Some dual core piece of shit outperforms the TOP OF THE LINE 8 CORE AMD CPU - yeah, no. Also 2GB joke 690 better than R9 290X - I HIGHLY doubt it I hate when this gay mafia cartel of the two homosexuals Failtel and Crapvidia pay the devs to screw the game for everybody else except for their anal favoring products :\
Well, something is wrong with that chart when the FX-4300 performs better than the FX-8350.
So... I kinda like the story.. or at least it's what keep me going.
But the gameplay is atrocious. It's a running simulator. You run and run and run. from one end of the map to the other. And combat is horrible. You flail wrenches like a retard, they break in the middle of a fight. You die. repeat. and the head bobbing while fighting. my god, it almost makes me sick. And the performance leaves something to be desired too.
I gave it like 3-4 hours but I dont think I can continue

It's not for everyone.. Either you love it or you hate it...
with new patch, v-sync is working ok now, no fps drop.
OHH so thats why reloaded version works like 10fps lower with vsync ?

With the patch I finally managed to cram in a few games as the hunter. And it's great.
Love it when they work together properly, only to be thrown in complete disarray by a well placed horde summoning spit. It brings a tear to my eye, looking at those "your horde killed X" messages popping up one by one.
Sure, there are still a buttloads of people who quit as soon as I join, but at least with this patch, I CAN actually join. I still see a lot of "connection couldn't be established" errors, but now it's about 2/3 of the time instead of 49/50.
Sadly the game becomes much much easier as you learn some skills with cool moves , almost maxed every tree and finally going to the second area
Saw in the stats that i died over 30 times, probably 90% times from falling or from those exploding mofos that sneak behind you
About weapons:
A lot of people don't realize that in this game you can't have one or two same weapon through whole game, game is forcing you to make blueprints of weapons, upgrade weapons, repair, then sell them or dismantle when you can't repair them anymore, whole idea about that it's not bad. In beginning you do that a lot. Later in game you get perks where with upgrades weapons endure soo much more. And you repair and upgrade weapons less and less .
About zombies:
In first area slums, i did not finish not one night quest, because in night there was shitload of zombies, runners and so on, , when later i got back from second area into slums, i can't find almost any zombies, i don't know if this is a bug with new patch, or something i do with quests. Anyway it's much less scarier and now i'm finishing remaining night quests.

i died one time in a fucking bus, i'm in the middle of the bus looting, where suddenly 2 exits of the bus are blocked by 10 zombies.

Doesn't matter if you play against 1 human or 4 humans. Hunter skills get adjusted in their recharge time, while fucking humans smell your anus from across the map and just keep fleshlighting in your face
