Yeah been using it for years, very useful. I like some taskbar icons to not be grouped and have text so I can easily identify them (e.g. explorer windows), others don't need text (e.g. skype since there's only ever one icon as I don't use multiple windows for it) while the rest can be grouped. Saves a lot of taskbar space as otherwise I'd probably need to have icon + text for all of them (hate mousing over stuff to know what I'm clicking on)

If it was that bad why not just assign an icon to each problematic taskbar running app instead so you can more instantly notice what is what application. I can not remember the last time I had to mouse over anything on my bar to differentiate it from anything else.

Anyone else had these issues lol?

What are you smoking Laughing Do all of your apps have same icons normally? I'm talking about different instances of the same app. e.g. I'll often have 4-5 different folders open at once and I have to switch between them a lot.

Ah I see Very Happy problematic for people having to be in multiple folders all the time for work? Yes I can see how that could get frustrating, unless.... you get a many screens and just leave them open so you can see contents and know instinctively which is which Razz

Got one screen at work, and 5 folders + about 10 instances of various other stuff it gets annoying quick

It's not a big deal but once you get used to it it's hard to go back to normal windows taskbar, even with such a minor change.
