At first the redemption failed, said product key was not correct (I'm using the Javascript translator bookmark  ) but after refreshing the page;

Just picked up Castlevania LoS 2 from Nuuvem (US$5.39 after PP conversion) and activated it on Steam over VPN .. So I guess that method is still working.
