Ship editor in action. I'm getting more and more intrigued by this. Pretty sure some awesome stuff can be built even by a 'few hours work' version of the editor.
It's things like this and the recent "DNA" video that I'm talking about, it's less about gameplay and more about construction and design I hope I'm wrong but I'm not really seeing any gameplay in these gameplay videos -- well, not gameplay I'm interested in anyhow
~edit~
Aaaaaaand.. apologies for negative'ing up another thread

Like his thought process, thinking deeper and more detailed about every mechanic and trying to improve all the time. Slows the project down but I like such games better in the end. Don't care if it takes an extra few years if it means that I'll be interested in it longer when it does get released.
Then again I'm only basing that on hearing the guy on three videos.
I loved that guy's videos in the past (haven't checked this one yet) not only informative on the current built, but he usually went on deeper with his explanations, talking us through his thought process for variant game systems and decisions.
In saying that Josh did say early this year he was hoping for release later this year but that was never going to happen.
It's extremely difficult to give an official release date when it's pretty much a one man show cause you never know what hurdles you will come up against.
And his last post was 1st of February, tho he seemed going mental in that one.
(Not seeking excuses, just checked since I wanted to see what was behind the story)
Considering how much work he has done and how actively involved he was with the community it's strange to see him just disappear without notice. Even if something came up a simple post on the forum would have been suffice.
There's a speculation thread on the official forum but no one has any idea as to what has happened. Who knows, maybe Chris Roberts ate him...
I'm more concerned the guy is ok, it seems VERY odd for someone as active as he was to literally disappear from the face of the earth - no twitter, facebook or forum posts for someone who literally posted every day is usually cause for concern.
