Reading on RIN and 3DM board, they got the crack working, now they are just collection info about CPUs, through their forum or some small application that auto send it to 3DM FTP.

Just wanted to say that you can actually upgrade to Windows 8.1 from 7, you just have to upgrade to regular 8 first then to 8.1. Did it myself recently. Suprisingly the only issue I had was that I had to reinstall my antivirus. Otherwise all programs and drivers work fine.
The character reputation system has always been annoying me. I'm a completionist, and want to unlock all personal quests, but every single one have their own personality and it's always +5 rep with one and perhaps -5 with another. While the concept is good, i find it annoying nonetheless.
If you pursue her as a male character, she jokes that you and she love the same thing... women.. and then, when she goes down on you as a female character, she teases you for shaving

Agreed. It's the one downside to these arbitrary black/white good/bad static quests in Bioware games. I like doing ALL the missions, ALL the quests, but egh... oh well.
After I broke up with Josephine, well , not exactly broke up, I told her we were gonna be friends and all I could trigger a next romance scene with Sera. And the dialogue that led to this scene was hilarious. It's such a shame she's got an ugly face ;( One of the best characters in Inquisition. I wonder if there are any texture mods or something like that addressing females appearance issue this game has
Not if you've got a quest "highlighted" in your log, it stays permanently.
You can set the quest pane to fade in the options. It will pop back up any time there is a quest update, but then it will fade out, even with an active quest. Same goes for the party member icons.

Yeah all the bonuses are bugged. All those rings/belts/amulets you are wearing? They don't work, and in fact can actually permanently reduce your stats after you remove them.

yep and if i understood it correctly it works only on Win7 for now - but the private test carck is already confirmed working by one guy from FTS
Test it yourself. Check your stats page. Equip an accessory, see if the appropriate stat changes, transition through a load screen and see if they are still changed.
The ability ones are harder to determine, but people have been doing various sorts of tests and the consensus seems to be that the vast majority either don't work as intended, or at all.

In your shoes, I would just do a separate win 8 install, possibly even on a different hard drive,
not tweak it all or install any apps, just win 8.1 and dragon age, and once you finish it uninstall.
I looted their graves so one of the elders gave me some -1favors, no the favor indicator is not filled (it seems al other quests are completed, apart only one guy is with exclamation mark on the map, yet he is not giving any new tasks. My question is: is it still possible to requite that elve ?
Well I tried, but the install screws up and instead of showing the "Actionable Report" inside the installer, it opens as non-interactive html page in my browser and leaves an empty white box inside the installer and preventing me from upgrading.
