Both systems came out a year too soon. I personally still do not see any game that screams system seller exclusive for either but I will eventually get a PS4 first since all my old 360 friends migrated to that system if they made the leap to the current gen.
you will complete the main mission in about 40-60mins on your first playthrough if going in blind
each side op will take about 20-30mins
now when you take in going through missions and learning them that will add a lot more hours on (which is really fun because of how smooth the game plays)
then there's S rank challenges (no hud, retical, slow mo, marking etc) which makes each mission pretty fucking challenging but a lot of fun to play which can add on a stupid amount of hours (hence my 80)
the fact of the matter is if you're a MGS fanboy like myself then you're going to love the game, if you just play through MGS games once or twice then it won't be worth the money at full price but when its on sale be sure to grab it or just pirate it. if you are in love with MGS you will be able to squeeze this game dry as it has a lot of depth despite how small it is.
also i prolly spent several hours just doing fun shit for lulz,
like putting 3 tranquilized soldiers in a jeep, going for a joyride, then driving it off a cliff before i jump out and look at the bodies tumbling down
this is a true stealth sandbox, even though the game is limited to a relatively small area,
it really wets the appetite for the full product.
i admit though that i am also a raging mg fanboy, finished all the games countless times including mg1 and 2 on msx, and yes, even fucking snake's revenge on nes

Doesn't change the fact that this game was released separately solely because Konami had no major releases this first half of the year (do they even have one this fall?). Sometimes it is the principle of things, and not how many hours you can squeeze out of the game.
of course the price was too high on release (30 bucks), but not its reduced to only 10 on consoles.
as for pc version, as ixi said, isodemo dat demo.iso
gz for its full price shouldnt be supported, its easily worth 10 bucks, but 30 is too much.
given that tpp is going to be only twice the price of gz on release, with 200 times the content, thats the game we should support.
since console version was 30 and it came quite a while back and was reduced to 10 now, it would be an utter asshole move to sell the pc version for more than 10.
