This this this!!
Also the same for me with the spoiler part. I really didn't expect that. And they did the same concept later too.

The final of the movie, so to say, I didn't like that quite much but still, the layout of it was nice. Felt sort of out of place.

I'm so jealous of you guys who can watch movies at the cinema without any hassles. Damned dubbing here spoils all the fun, I'm forced to always go for the combo HDrip/bad LCD monitor at home which ain't exactly the same thing Sad Laughing

What he said

That's the main reason I don't go to the movies. Well, that and annoying twats who have no idea how to behave themselves. Very Happy

Went to Italy last year and yeah, no movies for this guy Razz (Not that i was there for that, but wanted to watch a movie one night when we were out)

We never dub anything but kid-flicks in Norway (that i know of), being that i am American/Norwegian (Normerican??) i must have my ameri-durr accents!

But really, dubbing anything is so horrible. If i watch let`s say, a french flick i still use original audio and let the subtitles get me through. Smile

Really looking forward to this, to bad it`s one of those "Waiting for paycheck" weekends and our glorious price`s are not helping... (20USD for a small standard theatre ticket. No IMAX or anything).

Just got back and I agree with difm. The first two hours are popcorn cinema at its best, and I mean this strictly positive. It's bombastic without insulting your intelligence. The direction, writing and acting are spot on. Effects are flawless as usual with Nolan.

The final doesn't quite live up to the start. I don't consider it broken, it's not worse than regular scifi but I see where the Rotten Tomatoes rating is coming from. Still, haven't had this much fun with a scifi epic in years. Highly recommendable.

I'm glad they don't have that dubbing shite in Sweden. Only problem is when it's the US vs Somethingstan since my Swe isn't that advanced (tho they say I sell myself short but eh) nor is my Arabic

Already glad I can understand dutch, french, german and some latin... gets you a long way when they don't speak English, because damn: Swedish subtitles are quite shit... most of the time it's only half accurate and it's such a poor language when it comes to swearing

Is this one of those "made for IMAX" movies?

edit: I've just read that the IMAX screens in HOlland aren't 'real' IMAX. They're just old converted screens/tech able to play IMAX versions. Kinda like upscaling a movie

By the way, if you liked the music from one of the Interstellar trailers then you should really consider checking out Thomas Bergersens album Sun. That's where that song comes from and the album is great. In fact, I like all his music.

Thanks for this. And if people liked the music from the previous trailer they should check out the V for Vendetta OST, where it comes from. Dario Marianelli did a brilliant work.

The trailer in question:

The track:

TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"

Pretty solid 8.5/10 for me. The -1,5 would go for the overextended last part.

Those fucking robots man, at first i thought their design was weird but it turns out they´re some kind of walking swiss army knife Very Happy Very Happy . Loved the humor!

Theres just one thing that kinda bugs me with the ending .

Pretty much agree with all Hellifant has said above and score (although I would give it a 9), but there is also one more thing:

Though not ideal you are still getting a somewhat bigger aspect ratio (on selected sequences that Nolan utilized IMAX cameras) than on the typical "35mm" theaters where the movie is entirely 2.35:1.

TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."

Good movie. There were some plotholes I noticed during the first viewing, but I still could enjoy it. There were some scenes that were absolutely breathtaking, especially

I wouldn't be surprised if Matthew wins an Oscar again to be honest. However I expect strong contenders for the award such as Gyllenhaal (Nightcrawler) or Michael Keaton (Birdman).

Great movie... great fucking movie. I get why some people said the last 3rd of the movie was a little iffy but I still enjoyed it. The visuals were fantastic as noted by everyone else, the sound/music tremendous, and the movie/story itself was very good.

9/10
