Ok I am back from the interview.... and ... that was surprising 180.
So... I did not get the process engineer job BUT they proposed me another job ! Coding Engineer !!! And ofc I agreed. Finally I will be working 8h a day mo-friday. not 12h night shifts and shit like that. I don't know yet how much will I be earning but I think it will be a significant step up from my current salary.

It is 95% I will get this job since the HR lady said that she dont want me spreading the news and she wants to contact my current supervisor to inform him herself.

They never say that except. You only get to know that at the last stage of the recruitement, when You are signing a papers.
It is a job in the company I currently work. Just a change of position. Kinda of an internal recruitement so I had to apply with full formality, becuase I will work in totally new department

I will be preparing all the personalized files for the client. Each batch of products need to be "coded' and the files need to be whitelisted. I am not entirely sure yet too.
But its a desk job in fornt of a computer so Iam good. I know one guy who was my supervisor 2 years ago. He was working in this company for 10 years and finally got to be coding engineer after years of trying and he loves it.

I'm guessing that you said yes more due to the new schedule, but it still seems pretty dumb to say yes without knowing how much you'll earn. What if they pay you the same or even less?

No company is going to want to hire someone who ONLY cares about the money. Not when there is another applicant who has a genuine interest in what the company is doing. If you walk through the doors and only seem concerned about the pay and what you will get from the company then don't expect to get the job. The job market is competitive, or at least it is here.

There is a big gap between being informed what you are going to sign up for and being only concerned about money. If a company finds it not done when I ask about the wage if they fail to inform me... well that company is not for me. And a high wage is far from my priority in a job.

Third intreview was today. fucking third interview. They are going crazy and I am too.
Today it was only with my future to be boss if I were to be choosen. I was talking only to him, in english. he just wanted to meet me and talk with me, before choosing finally.
They will let me know in a few days... just fucking get it over with already
