From what I have been seeing, like let's play shit... @ the studio.. The game is as fucking stuttery as 3 was, is? Like WTF? I have read also that it stutters and skips all over the place like 3 does. You guys are seeing this too eh? This "is" going to be the same shit vomited on our heads isn't it... I tried playing 3 again, all DLC, and it ran so shite, I uninstalled all 40 gigs of it again, like I have over the years because of the shit, wanting to play better, but it doesn't. I was playing watching it tick. skip, pause, freeze.. Even with those mods to clear up all the cutter on screen, cars and animals and people getting stuck all over fucking town, lol. I read, and it's true for me anyway, if just the base game is installed, it runs fine, it's with each DLC that the game kinda comes to a halt, after playing.. Memory leaks? Fuck it anyway.
2600k, GigaByte R9 290x, 8 gis of ram on Windows 7 X64

Yea I just recently installed Sims 3, holy shit it cannot handle its own content. I feel sorry for those that actually bought the expansions and store items. Runs at 120fps+ stutter and lag like I'm playing with 2000ms ping.
You know the good thing is, now I'm going into this with no expectations. Can't be anymore disappointed

I was going to make a large family of kleptomaniacs. That way I don't have to buy anything or get a job in the game. Of course they removed that trait.

Is this some sort of pathetic, pointless jape that EA are pulling on the DAY OF RELEASE?! How can you possibly have a proper neighbourhood experience with just a handful of families? This is... beyond my ability to express myself in words.
I wonder if the game loads any quicker now they've dropped anything of actual value?
Everything about this game totally screams Console.

No sir, everything about this game screams "DLC!" - they'll expand the neighbourhoods with dozens of expensive expansion packs because they know their target audience don't care and will buy them anyway.

Are you suggesting that EA will release World Expansions, that allow more than the pointless number of lots currently available?
