So is there a complete release (as in it has all the DLC content) that is working?

First impression is that it looks and feels exactly like Risen 2, I haven't seen any improvement so far. The interface is the same, the graphics are still shit, the combat is clunky ... what on earth did PB do in those 2 years?

After playing for about an hour, I can claim this with certainty: people have forgotten, how Risen 2 was, as this is MUCH better.
Combat is not nearly as fun as R1, or as precise, but it's like two steps up from R2.
There is however many, many stuff to explore, and the RPG mechanics are more thought out than in either Risens.
Overall, I give it my seal of approval thus far, and I will be playing this to the bitter end, for sure >D

Is anyone else having the issue where you can't draw your weapon (MOUSE3)? Remapping didn't seem to work either. It works on gamepad but I'd prefer to play with m+kb.

I've just got almost gangbanged by a group of monkeys near the temple and I have to say this game relies to much on dodges.. Dodge this, dodge that, dodge, dodge,dodge.. dance, baby, dance! It seems blocking is mostly useless. I mean even stupid monkeys hit hard as in you almost loose your balance.
I dunno..maybe I'm doing something wrong..
@Vryder it works fine here

Thanks for the mini review!
Just watched some gameplay vids and gameplay, graphics and GUI looked exactly like in R2.

I agree with this. Still has mostly R2 combat, but it does feel better tuned and the world/story design seems better.
Also had a nice Gothic 2 reference being threatened by "Moe" for 200 gold when going past a tavern.

It is Risen 2's combat, but it's polished up.

Good to hear. Since I enjoyed Risen 2, though it was average, I should really enjoy this one.

very good. I'm getting my hopes up!
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."
