Could be but to me it sounds just like a Ceramic tile adhesive or Epoxy tbh. What is it that you are going to do with it that it needs to be specifically that product?
One of kind products you don't find much and it's even less likely when it's a small time supplier like that. But I could be wrong. |

Why not use numerous services that receive your package in US and ship it to wherever you need.

So this site offers their address, but Paypal address must be mine? If so, it wont work, because non US Paypal is blocked on maker's site.

why dont you contact the site then. If his items are unique you are probably not the first international buyer

You can ship to one of us in North America and have us forward it to you... not sure if its cost effective but if you desperately want it then I guess thats the only way.
