Best thing i suggest is supervising her while she's on the computer. Also, i think she's to young to have a computer in her bedroom. At that age, its good to cpu's in an open envrionment so the kids are easily monitored ie the living room ya know? Thats what I make my 10 year old niece do when she's visiting. I move the computer to the the living room (dont let her in the basement either, too much shit thats inappropriate for her) and she uses it in full view of me.
Netnanny and other apps that block inappropriate shit, are easily circumvented, even by kids. All they have to do is find the right webpage that explains how to do.

IMO, programs like netnanny are prime examples of lazy parenting. Not calling you lazy in particular, but it's my opinion that you need to spend time with your child while he/she is on the web. it's the only 100% way to stop porn, pedo's, and all the other non-child-safe shit that goes on on the web... Those programs block out sites, but hundreds of new ones pop up daily. And that's not counting the shit your child could easily get from newsgroups + IRC etc... Even forums. Fuck, your kid could hit ctrl+h and go onto the NFOrce board, sign up.. pop, sexy selections.
Seriously, spend time with your kid. Explain what the internet is and what it's good for. Show them some sites they'd be interested in. Explore with them, have fun etc. Your kid isn't there to glue themselves to a screen, they want to spend time with you. That's one of the things my parents fucked up on, but that's a different story altogether. You've gotta take an active role when it comes to this type of thing. Tossing them in front of a computer and walking away produces kids that sit at the computer all day, can teach you how to hack admin and insta-ban everyone in an IRC room while proxied too far to trace or nuke and BNC'd, but that gets picked on by every kid in school with the balls and stupidity to do it. I know firsthand.

"Protecting" your child by not allowing it to access a certain type of information is a double edged sword, sure you'll probably be able to stop it for as long as it's not in any public environment where there are computers.
The mentality here is about the same as the old example with the man who starved, and you had the choice to keep feeding him, or teach him how to fish.
Instead, teach your child what this pornography is. And allow it to form it's own opinion and judgment about it. That way the "program" is built into your child, which is a whole hefty lot more advanced than any computer.
You won't be able to stop your child from seeing naked people, it's available everywhere, and children can think too you know. Use a learning and giving responsibility type of approach, that way you'll have a thinking child, instead of a clone of your own morality. No matter how you argue, a mind of her own is way better than stupid computer programs that don't really work.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

Hell i remember when i was around 10ish, i was downloading porn from bbs's and shit. Didnt hurt. OR DID IT?!
Well, seriously, back then you had to have some skills to get porn now you have to have real skills to avoid it. My advice would be:
1. Format the computer, removing all spyware etc, reinstall and get good antivirus and spyware-softwares
2. Try using netnanny or any of that sort
3. If she is to have the computer in her room, limit the internet-connection, say she can use inet 1-2h per day, the other time you just pull the tp-cable
4. Each time she has used internet, check the history to see what she has been doing
5. If you suspect she is actually looking up porn (and it doesnt look up her) there isnt much you can do, just talk to her about it (but honestly i dont think alot of 10 year old girls are very interested in porn)
