Nope. All he said is that Human Head Studios stopped working on it which we have known for a long long time. Nothing about Arkane's Prey..

I doubt Arkane is gonna bring a Prey sequel anyway. It will probably be named some other thing. Plus, they're working on Dishonored 2 right now, but then again they now have at least 2 different studios (U.S., France).

To be fair, the article link/title is clickbait BS.. in the actual article itself, they specifically state;

Still very much is, the Doom 3 engine can only stretch so much. Not talking about art direction of course.
