The shooting looks really good for a Ubisoft game. I'm surprised you can free aim. And the weapons (since I'm a bit of a video game gun nut) look great. Silenced 1911? Yes please. *If* stealth works really well (unlike GTAV's silenced weapons) then this is going to be amazing.

TYPICAL Failsoft lazyness. 1 outfit - 9999999 different skins - assigned to different outfit slots lol wut

In AC4 at least we had 4-5 outfits that were different and not just reskin of the main/default outfit.

And you know that this isn't the case in W_D how? There's a slider on the left, there are probably quite a few more outfits, probably some special ones after you 100% the game or complete the story as well.

Whats the point to unlock a new outfit after I already completed the game on 100% Laughing Its like in RAGE where you get the most powerful weapon in the latest mission. Or like in the first NFS Most Wanted - you get your most desired car when you beat the game Laughing Sure.. thanks for nothing.

the outfits on the image arent reskins either, they have a similiar style but the design is still different, not just the colour.

I haven't really followed development too closely on this one. I know you can go around hacking stuff - but what features REALLY set it apart?

What are you guys looking forward to the most?

How is it (truly) different from GTA?

Big white icons popping up so you can hack a car for the 1000th time?

How elaborate is it? Is there a proper hacking system where you can gain cool info/powers, like Bloodlines/Deus Ex - or is it just another auto-system where the same handful of events are repeated over and over?

While I hate to admit it, I have to say Casus is right here. Press X to hack simplicity would get dull REALLY fast

Bloodlines was ctrl+c to hack... Though I guess that's hugely more complicated than just X. Very Happy

Except that you didn't magically make things happen like that. You got to interact with terminals, read e-mail and stuff like that, which made it feel like actual hacking.

Obviously, if you prefer pressing a button and have an event happen that's exactly like all other events of the same kind, that's fine.

Personally, I actually enjoy feeling like a hacker and perusing files/entries and so on.

well there are skill trees for hacking, allowing you to hack specific systems, or to hack faster etc.

Hmm, that's something I guess. I've deliberately stayed away from this, so I'm only basing it on a few peeks at videos and what not.

If it's relatively elaborate, that might be cool.

they havent shown the full skill trees and i dont even want to see them and spoil things for myself, but the people that played it so far all admit they were very surprised by the very expansive skill trees in regards to movement, driving, hacking etc. to the extent that its pretty much an rpg.

I'll probably end up buying it, then.

I've bought so much crap lately that one more won't matter.

The only game I've been able to resist is X-Rebirth. The isodemo saved me from that one Smile
