its not working even from my smartphone.
And ive not used cracked fraps for like 5 years. Only demo version

Could be a DNS issue routing to Poland? I get that shit in Norway with sites quite often, I've long since switched to using GoogleDNS exclusively, since my ISP's DNS routers are really unstable from time to time.

I switched to OpenDNS right now and it still doesn't work, works fine via proxy though.

Weird, cause it works for the rest of us, maybe it isn't a DNS problem.
Try to go directly to 216.92.28.131, or ping that. That's fraps.com

It's pointless though as FRAPS hasn't been updated in over a year, it's likely abandoned now as there's really nothing left to do except work on the compatibility with some games that fail when FRAPS is running.
