We are pushing a live hotfix. Leaving your party now, and creating a new one within the hour - a bit less right now - will prevent from losing your current progress.
There should be no downtime if you just leave the game. |

Sorry for noob question, but what if anything do people without RoS get with the new patch tomorrow? Please tell me that at least the level cap will be raised for all.
I want RoS bad, but decided to buy some toys for the kids instead.

There is no patch. RoS was patch "2.0".
What you see is what you get.

Level 70, act 5 cleared (mostly on t2, but had to tune down in the end as I was getting too tired to perform.), one full adventure cleared, one nephalem rift. Off to bed at 4:40... now to work

no, why would level cap be raised for all? vanilla D3 already got massive update with loot 2.0 and so on.

As planned, I got up at 00:30, had a coffee and a donut, played through act 5 on my level 60 hc dh on hard, finished the act around 4am at level 67, went into most dungeons and explored along the way. Got back to bed, got up at 7am and am at work now.
The act felt very solid and varied; I like the new enemy types. Also, having to upgrade the artisans again is fun, however with the enchantress it feels really weird blasting through her first 10 upgrade levels as if it was nothing. Here you really feel that they cut her out of D3C.
Can't wait to get into adventure mode this evening and hit 70. After that I'll grind for a bit, then start the Templar.

23:50 -> 4:40 Barb to 70, act 5 clear, did the bounty quest (complete 5 bounties) and my first nephalem rift.
Got total of... 4 or 5 legendaries, salvaged all.
Mostly on T2 down to T1 at.... hmmh I think the area I had to release 2 prisoners and finally at the final boss I put it down to expert (didn't feel like learning the tactics anymore, got wiped twice without even realizing what was damaging me (the white aoes on the ground I realized later)).

With the removal of the auction house is there any chance of this game getting cracked?

Nope. Only if Blizzard decides to pull the plug from their servers and allow players to host games themselves.
Edit:
to clarify, the chances are same as before.
I imagine it 'could' be possible to create some crack. But not easy obviously. (I mean they have managed to emulate World of Warcraft servers etc.)

If someone bought the CE and doesn't use the Hearthstone card sets - I'd love to get them off your hands, for some price.
