|
 |
Hey,
I'm going to make some build examples for my fiancee's step-dad ranging in three price brackets. So he can choose which he's most comfortable with (Well more or less which price his other half is comfy with ).
Problem is that I'm so used of ordering all my stuff through Alternate when I was living in Belgium and that's not really an option for a full build atm.
Haven't build anything in the past 1,5 year I'm living here besides some loose part here or there so...
What's your recommendation on decent pc stores in Sweden (guess Denmark and Norway are still fine seeing it's 'close by').
What I'm looking for: decent prices, good service, good packaging. Preferable that they have a big stock so I can just have all components coming from one place rather having it all scattered (would only deviate it in cases of saving a substantial amount).
So if you can: share me your experiences with certain shops.
For the people whom are bored or just want to have fun... yes you can always post a build if you want to, don't mind comparing it with the ones I had in mind. But priority for me is the shops.
Thanks in advance, and already a big thanks for reading this

Shops that I like and have used personally are the following:
komplett.se
inet.se
netonnet.se
webhallen.se
The first two have alright prices and good customer service.
Webhallen can have some good deals (they're usually a little more expensive but their store usually have things in stock when you need sometihng quickly).
I think you can basically get all parts from the first two ones at fair prices.

I mostly used Komplett before however lately it's mainly been Webhallen, prices are pretty similar from what I've noticed but for computer parts there doesn't seem to be much fluctuation in general.
(Pricerunner and Prisjakt do show some differences for smaller stores however.)

I tend to stick with inet.se since they're phenomenal at customer service (imho). I used to shop at komplett.se before that. Webhallen and NetonNet felt/feel more like high volume, backlog support, less dependable choices since they sell everything from toasters to hifi-systems etc., ie. not computer specialist shops.
Then there's overclockers.se where you can find some high-end gear (whether cooling, gpu's etc.)

Never had any issues with alina or cdon, both are splendid when it comes to all that.

don't you have a proper "swedish" price comparison site ? In switzerland we have a site called www.toppreise.ch which is just perfect. You have pretty much everything nicely categorized and listed and it's easy to pick the best prices (also shows availability etc).

We do, but as he said he preferred if things come from as few stores as possible.
SO prisjakt.nu is only good as a priceguide since you'll probably get 5-6 different stores if you're using it.

Thanks for the help everyone and yeah I used prisjakt.nu to check up on the differences, So far I'm mostly leaning to inet.se (only one I didn't know or have ordered from before) Mainly for the customer service and their prices are quite fair. Rest mentioned I never had any problems with. Also a benefit of inet.se: their layout and they seem to have more stock (dedicated more towards pc components).
If it was for myself I'd order from different places to get the best price. But seeing it's for my fiancee's step-dad I need to keep it simple with just one order.
