Well my WD drives (blacks) just died lol, yeah, must be all my badness coming back to haunt me Wink Not had them long, but I can't be assed with warranty shit, so back to Seagate it seems. I had them running in RAID 0 and lost the lot, so just beware if your running similar. I think its just the one drive from the set, but I'm just gonna replace the lot. Fuckin first time I chose WD, will be the last.

Using a WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM for 2-3 years WITHOUT THE RAID THING and still living peacefully after dozens of Formats...

...And now it has become a backup HDD for FRAPS and stuff, while having a SAMSUNG EVO 840 250GB SSD as the main HDD..."Once you go SSD you never going back to HDD (Except for backups)"

I've been suggested that and it works..for 130€/$ you can get one SSD like that and dash like a MF grinhurt

Just grabbed a couple of these to shove in RAID 0, arriving tomorrow...

Threw in an mSATA 128Gb card also, as my board has an empty slot for one, will use as an extra cache drive to speed things up a little further Wink
