Back to the Future trilogy

Still amazing and borderline perfect. However I just noticed that the train that hits the DeLorean doesn't stop. Just keeps on going. That's...harsh. grinhurt

Wish they would edit that creepy kid too. I'm against altering movies, but in this case I'd be more than happy if it would mean the little freak's hands would stay still.

Oh and the higher resolution really makes the old green screen effects pop out a lot. Wouldn't mind if they got someone to clear those little things up.

But other than that, it's a classic. Smile

This is exactly how a sci-fi movie should be, instant classic for me.

Anchor crap 2 who writes this crap anyways/10 (3/10 in layman's terms i guess)

I just don't get their humor. The whole main cast, every movie it's the same stupid idiot humor. How they became successful, i'll never understand.

Anchorman 2 - great movie apart from abit over the top in the end. I loved the similar scene in the first part and I was happy to see them make it again.....but they took it too far.

Gattaca 9/10

It's one of those movies I just want to give a 10, but I shall restrain myself! Laughing Loved it back in the days but after 17 years (you get more out of it than when you were just a measly teen ) I can genuinely say I find it even better now. Proper sci-fi and proper movie making.

For anyone who were too young, not born yet or just missed it when it came out, go watch it! They don't make a lot of these.

300: Rise of an Empire - 5/10

Sullivan Stapleton was weak for the role, shadowed by Eva Green. Too much gore even for this kind of movie. Ending fight was not as good (better) than previous fights.

I loved the first one Sad

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire - 9/10

GREAT FUCKING MOVIE Shocked
Some short but nice emotional moments throughout the movie. And that scene in the water with the blueish sun and the silhouettes: i REALLY liked the art in that Shocked
Also "sad" how fast those 140 minutes went by. And then that ending. Waiting so long for the next part Mad

Well i seriously can't help you with that, as i really like the previous one too. But the sequel even more.
The arena fight is shorter than the previous one. But maybe just watch a trailer and judge for yourself what you see?

In my case it was a big nope sadly. My biggest problems were the style and narrative structure, and those two aspects are pretty much the same, only the execution changes for the better, even though in #2 the flaws become more noticeable in my opinion. All I can say is the very banal, find the courage and give it a try, so you can see for yourself Razz

Anchorman 2 - 6/10
I had a few laughs, it was better in the first half when they mocked nowadays media and then plummeted after Ron's accident.

Dallas Buyers Club - 8/10
Interesting stories and characters but it was hard to show 7 years of life in 2 hour movie. The ending could have been more emotional than what they did.
