Gamespot was good like 5 or 5 years ago when it was www.videogames.com (funny, if u click that link, it will redir u to gamespot) - they hosted patches, updates, trainers etc for free...then like 3 years ago i think, they basically said they couldnt afford the site based on promotions (banner ads) alone so they'd have to offer a premium service BUT the free service "will be the exact same"...which, as we all know, turned out to be complete bullshit.
How much is gamespot a month?

The 6.9 for Serious Sam 2 is one of the very, very few errors GameSpot has ever made. I still consider them the ultimate resource for gaming related info. If GameSpot is retarded, all gamers are retarded. They must've been bribed by the competition to lower the score. I do hope SS2's developer and publisher will sue GameSpot, because the game will sell a lot worse now.

one of the very few? naaaa , they did a lot of mistake .
For sometimes now , a lot of even their maybe are unhappy of many score .
example , BOS , its not a good game , but its not a super crap either , they gave a 3 , should at least have a 5 . Many others in the same position .
