As I said, dont mind the gameplay, it´s just to show the graphics with max details, that´s the purpose of the videos I record.

Hahahaha.
We've said that the AI is really good here when you play @ Master Thief. Seems to me many people play this @ easy - normal difficulties or they just copy-paste comments from stupid / paid reviewers 
They can see you in the dark, etc. One slip-up and they're at you straight away.
In the original games they could literally walk over you and they wouldn't see you

** You're saying in the Original Thief they could spot you in the dark? I don't even remember how many times the guards passed right next to me without finding me
What is it you don't understand? That this game has a difficult AI??
That they can see you in the dark? That they see you from like 20 metres away if you step in the light?
What's the problem with the AI ? ( Playing Master difficulty, all help off, slower movement and I've seen the "mission failed" message countless times in those 12 hours )

Far from "almost invisible" in the 2014 version, as they can see you from like 2+ metres away.

almost 13 hours in and just started chapter 5 with all sidemissions and job client missions available till now done . not bad at all. also the main chapters took about 1-1:30 hour each so if you want to do just main missions is not very long

So I hit a bug where the guards can see you like if it was light everywhere. And its state saved into a savegame.

Guys....I am the first one to say things about all the tech talk in this section but have grown to realize over the years that it isn't going to stop. So accept my apology for any past remarks.
Therefore, having put this problem I have in the tech section and received a nonsensical answer, I bring it to you.
It happened a bit a go and seemed to have stopped. It popped up again today.
I am playing fine and all of a sudden my ingame character moves on his own accord. Before it was straight ahead, now it's to the right.
Getting out of the game and going back in seems to fix it but sometimes only for a short while.
Any help will be appreciated and please keep the smart alec comments to the minimum.

I have a similar issue after I alt+tab back to the game, character starts to move constantly back or menu select starts to move down. I fix it by pressing corresponding key of the arrows.

That's usually the kind of way you fix these things... they happen to me in other games. Not sure what exactly it is.
