@Horrordee:

I finished the game a few weeks ago, spent another week or so in the 'post game' worlds, another week unlocking everything to get to Champions Road which I still haven't beaten. But, what has kept me going is the complete replayability of each stage - because it's all linked by Miiverse; 'ghosts' appear in each stage you have completed and it shows what time they've completed the stage in; I can just keep replaying a stage over and over again trying to speedrun all the ghosts. Loving it! Cute Pom Pom's

Same.

I have beaten the Champions Road though, but I'm motivated enough to finish the game with every characters just to have all stamps.

Yes, it's that good, and I don't feel bored replaying the same levels all & over again. I remember replaying many Mario levels on NES when I was a kid, and this didn't change, the same joy of replaying the levels is still on with SM3DW.

I'm playing it in coop though, so that's kinda cheating Razz Specially in the Champions Road, that makes it even easier. Still hard as hell, specially the beep blocks in coop, you need to really sync.

I want to get a Wii-U but at the moment its just too expensive for me, especially given it has only a handful (if that) of games (exclusive) I would actually play.

What they have to do is not fall behind other consoles too much hardware wise. This time they did a really bad move because it was exposed as barely better OR worse than 360 and PS3 before it's release and before the imminent release of the next generation consoles. Other thing is not forcing gimmicky shit on people. Make it completely optional, even try to encourage it. But don't force it.

I would go as far as to say Nintendo are a bunch of fucking idiots. They struggle with money, and they go about designing useless gimmicks which only cost them more. I have no idea if they are bright enough to understand that the reason Nintendo is selling is because of their exclusive damn games.

If Nintendo would give me a new Metroid and a new Zelda without the cel-shading I would buy them! A sequel to Zombi-U would be nice.

No chance. Anything that hasn't been announced yet which was planned for the Wii U will be up-ported to the new console.

I finally bought a wii u that was on sale and used some of my rewards points & gift cards. Ended up spending about $185 on the deluxe console with mario bros u.

Currently have super mario bros and luigi u, super mario 3d world, zombi u, and pikmin 3.

Super mario 3d world was great, zombi u... meh... was free with the console so I can't complain, mario bros u was fun, and pikmin 3 is fucking awesome.

Never having any experience with pikmin before, it's a real fun game Very Happy
