| Quote: | One of the oldest and most reliable sites for superhero film news, Batman on Film, has revealed a couple of new tidbits about Zack Snyder's upcoming "Man of Steel" sequel. Though widely being referred to as "Batman vs. Superman," the film still does not have an official title as yet.
These news bits come after a week of published reports on the project that have run the gamut from wild speculation to sort-of confirmed facts. The site framed them in response to questions from readers.
First up, is Lex Luthor really in the film and who is the secondary villain? "Yes. And sorry, I’m not at liberty to reveal the ID of the other villain at this time… but the character is highly rumored to be in the film."
Will Jason Momoa play one of the other Justice League members like Martian Manhunter or Aquaman? "Nope and nope. Neither of those characters are in this film."
The site says no Batman villains will appear in the film, and touched upon the talk of balancing out all these heroes: "It’s a Superman film – a Superman film that just so happens to include Batman and Wonder Woman – but a Superman film nonetheless." |
