As the meme goes: “No time to explain!” The funder exclusive beta demo is only a few weeks out, so if you were a part the IndieGoGo campaign you will be contacted with the download information after Christmas, yay \o/

Ok so, we're looking to release the demo to you, our dear funders in two
weeks, on the 27th of March.
For all you Rifters out there, we've had to prioritize things on the
performance side at this stage so that this first version of the demo is
Oculus Rift DK2 enabled, but not optimized. A proper Oculus Rift version
of the demo will follow after this initial release.
The release schedule of the full game is still floating and this demo
release will give more direction on that.

Yeah, lags to shit on my 780 too. I don't know exactly what framerate it is (Afterburner overly displays during loading screen at the start and then curiously vanishes when the game begins) but it sure as shit ain't 60. More like 35-40, maybe. Unreasonably system-rapey and it doesn't even look as good as the earlier videos.

After some fiddling with deleting the reset.cfg and then putting it back I got it launch. 7 fps with the lowest settings on my GTX 970. 
 I suppose my AMD CPU is getting raped if people with worse GPUs are running it better than me.
Shit deleted until the next beta.
