You may remember the other E-Cig topic (where you went all "hurrdurrr,i didn`t need that shit to stop smoking,im a boss, durrr".funny to see you "still smoking a pack of shag a week" btw),i recommended the Ego-C for starters. They handle similiar to regular cigarettes, are easy to maintain and do not cost a small fortune.Great to see if the whole E-Cig thing suits you.
Kits are dirt cheap an the only thing you need to replace from time to time are the atomizer heads
(if the heating coil is fine, you can replace the glassfibre and use them a lot longer than the 1month lifespan).Ego-T needs the whole atomizer body replaced which drains a lot of cash in the end.

Now, I don't know what hardware costs in Poland, I guess it's cheaper because everything is stolen from Germany and resold... |

Each year i get a winter depression, so unfortunately i fall back with old habits during that time. It's something i really hate, but can't do anything against it

So i have had it now for almost a week and i'm really happy with it.
Size is perfect for me, battery holds out really long (same as the tank).
I smoke about 1-1.5 tank per day and a single battery charge on the e-cig itself, lasts about 10-12 hours for me (depending ofc on how much i smoke).
Tho with liquid i'm still trying to find what's good for me, those 2 bottles i got for free are basically fucking shit when it comes to taste. While the liquid i bought with the device, Joyetech vanilla VG, is having a fucking nice taste (but rather expensive compared to the rest).
But yeah, i'm really happy with it

Never smoked, never will. Just wanted to let you know cuz I'm a nice guy.
E-cigs are a good alternative nonetheless. Helps on the main problem: the habit.

Isnt that the one thing it doesnt help with? Still dosing on nicotine |
You can control the amount of inhaled nicotine. Also the alternatives like nicotine patches and gum do not cut the need of holding something in your hands, despite containing nicotine.
When you've always smoked a cig while waiting for a bus, the habit's the thing haunting you.

One more thing, the dangers of smoking do not center on nicotine. Carbon monoxide, tar and such are the ones you should be worrying.

Do you use those? |
Well those 2 i got for free are with nicotine, but the one i bought myself is without (and is the one i'm aiming for to buy next time..).
I have never really been fully depended on smoking, i could go weeks or months without. It was all depending how my personal situation was (meaning if i felt shit and depressed, i would smoke, but if i felt great and enjoying life, i didn't smoke at all).
