It's a ludicrously expensive expansion pack, especially one that doesn't add to the end of the game - it just "expands" (haha...) the interim.

I hope they will patch the AI to the level promised in the expansion as someone mentioned it here earlier. The rest can wait for a fat little Steam Sale.

This particular DLC IS locked in Russia but can be acquired for 8 TF2 keys from Russians "in the know" - and that's all I'm saying.

As I see it they took the base game and made it better which is reflected in the improved review scores compared to what the game originally got when reviewed.
(Although the price of the expansion and that it's taken this long for them to improve the game further isn't that good plus some core issues remain unchanged if I understood correctly.)
EDIT: Or I could have been completely wrong, I thought the game originally got scores like 6 - 7/10 but that wasn't true.
